Antonio (Tony) Marco is an industry professional with over 30 years’ experience across Construction and facilities management, engineering services, building maintenance, and property operations within both the public and private sectors.
Tony brings deep expertise in strategic FM delivery, lifecycle planning, asset management, compliance, and project oversight, having successfully led reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, and minor capital works programs across complex, live environments.
Prior to joining ProGroup Management, Tony has held senior roles delivering FM and engineering out comes for large and diverse asset portfolios. His experience includes the transition and mobilisation of FM services, establishment of governance frameworks, contractor management, and optimisation of service delivery models to achieve cost certainty, safety compliance, and operational continuity.
Tony has a strong track record in ESG and sustainability initiatives, including NABERS monitoring and reporting, energy efficiency strategies, waste stream optimisation, and implementation of environmentally responsible practices to improve asset performance.
Within ProGroup Management, Tony plays a key leadership role overseeing the strategic planning and direction of the business, aligning service delivery, capability development, and growth initiatives with client and market requirements.
