It is with much pride that we share that ProGroup Management have been recognised with a Professional Excellence Award at the recent Australian Institute of Building Awards night, held on Friday 4th July.
Being recognised in an industry as vital and challenging as construction is a tribute to the incredible people we have the privilege of working alongside every day. It is also a reminder of the responsibility we all carry in shaping the world around us.
This award is the result of collective effort, professionalism and passion. From our project managers and trades to our back-office support and leadership, everyone at ProGroup has played a vital role in achieving this success.
ProGroup were engaged by Schools Infrastructure NSW to undertake the complete design and construct package of works to enable the construction of purpose-built temporary facilities for Box Hill Public School.
The school was required to be fully operational in time for Day 1 - Term 1 of the new schooling year and the construction was fast tracked from DA to handover in just 7 weeks. This was an extraordinary effort and was noted in the NSW Government Ministerial Releases as the fastest ever pop-up school.
Working to a greatly compressed and accelerated timeline, often through challenging weather conditions and managing multiple layers of trades and suppliers working over each other, and to do so safely was an incredible achievement by all involved.
Our projects team are very experienced in delivering to extremely tight and complex construction timelines and the Box Hill project truly reflects what we stand for - quality, collaboration and delivering with purpose.
