Help Desk Officer

About the Business

ProGroup Management Pty. Ltd. is a successful and growing medium sized business with a legacy spanning more than 27 years and specialising in facility management and minor construction works. We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Operator to work in our facilities management team to coordinate facility maintenance and trade services across a number of key contracts and clients.

About the Role

This fast paced and very diverse role will see you provide administrative support to our Facilities Managers, trade staff and clients.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience working in the facilities management or building maintenance and services sector as a Help Desk Officer or Facilities Coordinator.
  • The ability to interpret the requirements of work request, e.g trade required, priority level etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills , both over the phone and written. 
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Work Order Management software applications such as Simpro. 
  • Experience in working with general MS office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
  • The ability to work with different stakeholders, both internally and externally to achieve desired outcomes and meet customer expectations.
