Andrew Wise

Director and Chairman

Andrew has over 40 years of experience in major developments and construction projects, including developing and constructing business parks. He is the Managing Director and Principal of Maincon Pty Ltd, which manages construction and provides building management services for clients including Sydney Markets Limited, Toyota Motor Group, Qantas & Catholic Cemeteries Board.

Don Stein AM

Director

Don owned and operated a successful heavy civil engineering plant hire business for over 30 years. He has extensive road building and maintenance experience, and is a long serving member on the Board of Management of the Civil Contractors Federation NSW. Don has received numerous awards recognising his support of charities and service organisations and is Chairperson of the Microsearch Foundation of Australia. His work in the civil construction industry and community was recognised in 2010 as a member of the Order of Australia, AM.

Ken McCracken

Director

He is the Founding Director of ProGroup Management and KJM Project Management. Ken has over 48 years of experience in the commercial, industrial, government, semi government and medium density housing sectors. Ken is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building (FAIB).

Peter Turner

General Manager

Peter has over 18 years of experience as General Manager of building maintenance and security services companies. He has an extensive background in facility management and construction services across industry sectors, and extensive procurement skills. Prior to his management career, Peter was a decorated Police Officer and Detective with the Queensland Police Force.

Darren Moore

Operations Manager

Darren has extensive experience in construction and project management. He has skills across procurement, business management, workplace health and safety, and internal auditing. Darren’s career in the Australian Defence Forces included working in complex environments with the Royal Australian Engineers Corps.

Chris Chandler

Finance Manager

Chris is a qualified financial accountant who has worked with SMEs for over 40 years. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant, with a passion for effective management of the accounting and administration of the business. He uses the language of numbers to ensure our clients get value for their money.
